Once the For Sale sign goes in the yard and the home hits the market the work behind the scenes start to happen with potential buyers! There will be appointments to coordinate and negotiations as soon as offers start flying in.

We first need to know your budget, if you are using cash or financing through a lender. Requesting a pre-apporval letter or proof of funds from your financial institution is something you must have so we know a price range to begin looking at homes.

You have made a wish list and then fallen in love with a home! I will then advise you an acceptable and competitive offer. Once the offer is accepted by the sellers the work begins to find out about the mechanical operation and overall condition of the home.

After inspections are complete this is when all the work behind the scenes begin for you to legally own the home and receive the keys at the closing table!
